Securing a technical certificate for Babetta

We provide a duplicate "TECHNICAL CERTIFICATE" for Babetta mopeds (known to some as a technical license or card). 

The fee for issuing a duplicate TECHNICAL CERTIFICATE is 700 CZK

The postage fee is: CZK 120

Cancellation fee in case of already issued TO: CZK 250.

In order to issue "TO", it is necessary to fill out an affidavit, which you can download here: Affidavit

It is also necessary to document photos of Babette from the point of view:

• from the side 
• from the front
• from behind
• production label if part of Babetta
• engine number

The form must be filled out thoroughly and sent together with photos to the email address: moto@motovotice.cz. Or deliver in person or by post to the address MOTO Votice, Pražská 237, 25901 Votice

It is also necessary to pay a deposit of CZK 700 in advance
